Via subway, you take the 4, 5, or 6 train to 125th street. Once there walk to E 124 St/2 Av and hop on the bus M35 it will take you to Randall's Island. If you wish to walk, you can walk east on 125th street, cross the RFK Bridge, and you’re there! The distance from the 125th subway station to Randall's Island the festival is 1 mile (the equivalent of 20 city blocks).
Walking and biking to Randall’s Island Park is easy, and you can get there by crossing the RFK Bridge from Manhattan/125th street (about 15 minutes walking), RFK Bridge from Queens (about 30 minutes walking), or the RFK bridge from the Bronx (about 15 minutes walking). Remember, the elevator at 125th Street is no longer operational, as it is being rebuilt and we don't know if it will be finished for September.
You can also walk across the footbridge from E. 103rd St. in Manhattan onto Randall’s Island Park. It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk from the Manhattan side of the footbridge to Randall's Island. If you plan on biking, we advise you to come via the 103rd street footbridge.
