ICE PTA Seeking Two (2) Treasurers-in-Training

Our wonderful team of Kirsti and Andrea have committed to one more school year. They need two parents to step up and start learning the ropes, little by little over the course of the next school year. They will show you everything you need to know.
Please consider making this very important contribution to the smooth running of the PTA and the school!

The only requirement is that you have two hours available once/week during school hours. Everything else can happen at home, online using QuickBooks

Do you know anybody from Honduras, or any other country affected by Trump's decision to end TPS?

Affected residents of NYC can receive free immigration help through CUNY Citizenship Now.

TPS, or Temporary Protected Status, has allowed immigrants from 10 countries to stay legally in the US, including El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, Nepal, Nicaragua, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria and Yemen. This month, the Trump's administration announced that it would end TPS for Honduras, placing 57,000 people at risk for deportation. This is despite the fact that many Hondurans have fled the country because of violence, unemployment, deep poverty, and lack of opportunities.
