Spring Fling Neighborhood Walk

Spring Fling team members are organizing a neighborhood walk - it's better to ask for donations from your neighborhood restaurants and stores if you go with a friend. So join us - it's a great way to get to know your fellow ICE parents who live in your neighborhood.

The neighborhood walk dates for Brooklyn are:

  1. Prospect Heights --- Saturday, Dec 1st  from 2:00pm - 4:00pm

  2. Windsor Terrace & Kensington --- Saturday, Dec 1st  from 2:00pm - 4:00pm

  3. Williamsburg --- Saturday, Dec 8th from 2:00pm - 4:00pm

We are also looking for parents in other neighborhoods in other boroughs to organize their Neighborhood Walk. If you are interested please let us know at I am interested in organizing my neighborhood walk

12th Grade Literature Panels

Sitting in on panels is a great opportunity to see the kind of critical reading and writing work our seniors have been doing.

The seniors will be presenting and defending the critical work they did in analyzing the novels, plays, etc. they have been reading and writing about for months.

The dates of these panels are:

  1. Wednesday, December 12th, 3:15 to 4:15 AND 4:20 to 5:20

  2. Tuesday, December 18th , 3:15 to 4:15 AND 4:20 to 5:20

If you are interested and able to participate in this wonderfully enriching activity, please email Jeffrey Romanow (one of the 12G literature teachers) and let him know which day and which session (one or both) you could sit in on. Jeffrey will fill you in on all the details for how the panel will work – and he will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
