ICE PTA Seeking Two (2) Treasurers-in-Training

Our wonderful team of Kirsti and Andrea have committed to one more school year. They need two parents to step up and start learning the ropes, little by little over the course of the next school year. They will show you everything you need to know.
Please consider making this very important contribution to the smooth running of the PTA and the school!

The only requirement is that you have two hours available once/week during school hours. Everything else can happen at home, online.

10 Reasons Why Summer Camp is Great for Children

At camp, children:

10. Spend their day being physically active

7. Unplug from technology
6. Develop life-long skills
5. Grow more independent
4. Have free time for unstructured play
3. Learn social skills

PTA Screening of I'm Not Racist...Am I?

Please join us at the April 25th PTA meeting for a screening of the documentary I’m Not Racist… Am I?

Having conversations about race tends to be difficult for most of us. Even more challenging is directly confronting others when they say something hurtful. The teens in this film were able to have critical and constructive conversations face-to-face and realize that their connection became stronger as a result.

A trained facilitator will guide a conversation after the 90 minute film.
