Dear 8G Families,

There are many exciting plans in the works to celebrate our 8th graders' transition to high school! Please read through carefully and make sure to use the button below to pay your dues.

The Semi-Formal Dance will take place on Friday, May 29th at 4 pm in the small gym.

The Boat Cruise will be on Monday, June 1st at 6 pm. This is a 4 hour cruise with Empire Cruises which departs at from the Skyport Marina at 2430 FDR Drive @ 23rd street.

The Stepping Up Ceremony will take place on Wednesday, June 17th from 10 am to 12 pm in the school Auditorium.

The Park Picnic will be on Monday, June 22nd. Students will travel to McCarren Park altogether from school and return to school.

The trip to Luna Park at Coney Island - exact date TBD. Students will travel to Coney Island altogether from school and return to school.

8th Grade Dues
In order to help pay for all these events, we are requesting that each family pay dues of $175.
Dues will cover the Semi-Formal Dance, the Boat Cruise with dinner and dancing, the Stepping Up ceremony, the trip to Luna Park at Coney Island, the park picnic, and the yearbook.

Please know that ALL students will be included in all events regardless of their ability to pay. If you would like to discuss financial assistance, please reach out to Lisa (lisableyer@iceeducate.org)
