Dear 12th Grade Families,

We are happy to report that wonderful planning is afoot for the year-end celebrations for our seniors.  These include prom, an overnight trip, the senior internship luncheon, a picnic, yearbook, and the graduation ceremony itself.

DUES

In order to help pay for these events, we are requesting that each family pay Senior Dues of $650. Outlined below are the major items from our budget to give you a sense of where your dues will flow.

*While the graduation-related expenses are extensive, we know that $650 is not an insignificant amount.  Payment in installments is available on the payment page (see link below) and a more flexible payment plan is also an option (online or by cash or check). Please reach out to Lisa for details.

Please know that ALL seniors will be included in all graduation events regardless of their ability to pay.

We hope that all students will attend the overnight trip as it is a wonderful way to cap off their time at ICE. For those students who are not planning to attend the trip, senior dues are set at $500.

Checks and cash will be accepted in the school office — envelopes should have your child’s name and “Senior Dues” noted on them.  Checks should be made out to: ICE Foundation with the student’s name and Senior Dues on the memo line.
