Volunteers Needed:
Sign-up to volunteer using the ICE Community Volunteers Form.

  • 2 Volunteers for Set-Up (2:00pm - 3:30pm)

  • 2 Volunteers for Clean-Up (7:30pm - 8:30pm)

  • 2 Volunteers for Check-In / Door Sales (3:00pm - 5:30pm)

  • 2 Volunteers to obtain raffle items & sell raffles at the event

  • Food Donations - hamburgers & buns, hot dogs/sausages & buns, salads (green salad, pasta salad, etc.), desserts, food items of your choice befitting a BBQ
