GRADUATION

The graduation will take place on Friday, June 21st at 9:30 am at the Kaye Playhouse at Hunter College - 695 Park Ave, New York, NY 10065.

GRADUATION TICKETS

The Kaye Playhouse is a beautiful and large venue. We suggest no more than 6 tickets per family. Please fill out this form to reserve your seats and let us know how many tickets you require so that we can be mindful of not exceeding the space limitations.

There are no physical tickets to bring to graduation. Filling out this form is all that is required.

PROM

The date for prom is Friday June 14th at the Dumbo Loft, 155 Water Street, Brooklyn.
Details will be shared with students as they become available.

DUES

In order to help pay for these events, we are requesting that each family pay a Senior Dues fee of $650. Outlined below are the major items from our budget to give you a sense of where your dues will flow. While the graduation-related expenses are extensive, we know that $650 is not an insignificant amount.  Payments in installments are also available (online or by cash or check).

Please know that ALL seniors will be included in all graduation events regardless of their ability to pay. The online payment link includes a first installment option of $325 - this can also be the one and only payment. The “other” button can also be used to give any amount at your discretion.

We hope that all students will attend the overnight trip as it is a wonderful way to cap off their time at ICE. For those students who are not planning to attend the trip, senior dues are set at $500.

For any families inclined to help offset the expenses with an additional contribution, please use the “other” button at the same link below.

Checks and cash will be accepted in the school office — envelopes should have your child’s name and “Senior Dues” noted on them.  Checks should be made out to: ICE Foundation with the student’s name and Senior Dues on the memo line.

Senior dues will cover:

  • Graduation Venue

  • Flowers

  • Prom Venue, Catering, Decorations

  • Caps, Gowns & Tassels

  • Diplomas and Diploma Covers

  • Yearbooks

  • Overnight Trip and Transportation

  • Senior Internship Luncheon

  • Senior picnic
